Melissa White is an experienced organizational development (OD) and human resource (HR) strategist. She is known for her collaborative, people-focused approach, working with executives, mid-level leadership, and teams to strengthen organizational culture, improve employee engagement, and align vision with practice.
With nearly 20 years in the nonprofit sector—including Alaska Primary Care Association, Southcentral Foundation, the University of Alaska, and the Anchorage School District—Melissa has led OD initiatives, workforce development programs, and organizational change efforts. She has facilitated management training, coached senior leaders, and implemented performance systems that improved retention and strengthened leadership capacity. By aligning OD principles and HR strategies with organizational culture and dynamics, Melissa helps organizations translate vision into action and achieve lasting transformation.

Melissa holds a Master of Science in Instructional Systems and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Cabrini University. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management and a Master Instructional Designer through the Association for Talent Development. She has also completed advanced leadership training with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and Southcentral Foundation. Active in her community, Melissa serves as Membership Director for the Anchorage Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRM) and volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Alaska.
